  • Follows 2-3 steps instructions
  • Knows how to use pronouns and plural words like “cats” and “cars”
  • Names common objects
  • Says first name, age, and gender
  • Speaks sentences with 3-4 words (article about dialog and emotions)
  • Talks enough that even strangers can usually understand
